It was a disappointing experience. During the first appointment, we shared all the necessary information, but we never heard back afterwards. We have tried contacting her multiple times, however there has been no response or callback. I approached them with great hope, but unfortunately I am left feeling disappointed.
I have been dealing with Aussie Wollongong for a couple of years, and each time I feel more confident working with Emma. I have very basic knowledge of the process, and Emma was always patient and supportive. She helped me achieve my goals and answered all my questions, even the simple ones. Her positive, can-do attitude makes everything easier. She is professional, friendly, and provides excellent service no matter your background.

We couldn’t have asked for a better broker in Emma. She went above and beyond for my partner and I buying our first home. It was a confusing process but no question was too silly. Our solicitor was not as forthcoming with info so Emma went out of her way to answer whatever she could to help us navigate the process. Even when she was on leave! An absolute legend and couldn’t recommend her enough.
