I found Breigh on TikTok, and honestly, I was immediately drawn to her because I’d never come across a metal/alternative broker before! 🤘 Before finding Breigh, I’d spoken to a well-known Canberra broker and walked away feeling like I’d never be able to buy my own home. Breigh was completely different. From our very first conversation, she filled me with confidence and made me feel like buying a home was actually possible. Then, completely unexpectedly, I walked into a property I fell in love with, despite not having finance approval or even being as financially prepared as I’d originally planned to be. One call to Breigh and she was straight onto the pre-work for my application. She kept pushing forward when I honestly wasn’t sure myself that I could get finance across the line yet. Being an interstate broker was never an issue. She was incredibly responsive, kept me informed throughout, and we even managed to bond over sharing pictures of our puppies along the way! 🐶 When the banks started asking questions about allowances in my income, Breigh worked her absolute butt off, pushed back, answered every question and kept fighting until we got it across the line. I’m beyond thankful for everything Breigh has done for me. She didn’t just help me get a home loan, she gave me the confidence to believe that I could actually become a homeowner and create a home of my own. Finding a home for this elder emo and her two doggos, Patty and Millie, means more than I can put into words. 🖤🐶 I will absolutely never hesitate to recommend Breigh to my friends and family. Buying my first house was something that I always thought would be a super stressful time, with Breigh that couldn’t be further from the truth. Breigh always made time for me throughout her days to ensure I was up to date with all the behind the scenes work so i didn’t have to stress about anything. I could not recommend Breigh anymore.
