We have used Joel, Maggie and Jai three times now and we will never go elsewhere! We did a refinance away from our long term bank as the were charging us 2% higher than we got elsewhere. The team at Evolve found not only the best rate but the best overall package and we have been delighted with it. Then we bought a new property in our SMSF and once again Evolve came thru even when the sellers pushed a tighter deadline we got there. Then when we wanted a line of credit to finish off some renovations first and only call was Evolve. Everything is so easy - even when it’s not they bridge the gap. They looped our accountant in and got what they needed without too much back and forth! Maggie is the queen of lists and then you just work to that. She is highly organised which really helps when you are not! Thank you Maggie for dealing with our mess and making it presentable. Joel just knows his stuff and that makes everything so much easier. The market is always moving but Evolve is all over it and gives you options- which we love. Jai just gets in and gets it done which is fantastic when working with SMSF as there are so many little things that can be missed which can make it a BIG deal later on. He kept us notified every step of the way, Usually the application process is quiet stressful but not with Joel. nothing was ever too hard & he did answer the phone afterhours which is a rare thing now. highly recommend Joel and his team. a great experience in usually a very stressful process.
