Everytime I raised an problem, she expertly navigated all of the complexities with the lender. Her first-hand knowledge of the inner workings of the banks is invaluable at getting things done promptly. Also, she is very responsive and never too busy to explain loan details in a way that's easy to understand. Sarah does her job with a level of humour and enthusiasm that is hard to find these days - highly recommend!
