Honestly, they made everything so easy, excellent communication, had our backs and secured a great loan. We will still be working with them throughout the build. This team is the best! We had a recommendation to work with Duane from close friends of ours. One phone call and we haven’t looked back! He is FANTASTIC. Was an absolute pleasure working with Duane from the outset. We first touched base early 2025 regarding the idea of working towards getting our first home together (my wife and I). We got the information we needed, tentatively kept our eye on the market and saving some money. Duane would always check in here and there to see where we were at, updating us on newer schemes or ways to break into the market. Come March/April 2026, we decided to get serious as we were forced to vacate our rental. Duane straight away helped us with costs, loaning potential and pre approval! We set off to find our new home and he was always there to run any questions by him, that come up in the process! Finally, we found our place in Brisbane and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Special mention to Kat also who played a big role in our settlement, making it smooth and efficient. After deciding to sell my first home and upsize I initially contacted my original mortgage broker who started the process and went MIA. Andre here at Inovayt was recommended to me by my REA and I couldn’t have had a better recommendation. From the initial text I sent we scheduled in an in depth conversation that afternoon and he was more than helpful, a nice added bonus, settlement on the new house closed before the initial start time.
