Ian Behan and his team from Money Quest have been outstanding. We engaged their services having found them through Choice. We live in South Australia and Ian is in NSW, the geographical separation was never an issue and we may as well have been neighbours that is how efficient and easy Ian made the entire process. Ian found us the best rate possible for our construction loan and ongoing mortgage. Although we had some teething issues with the bank along the way, Ian was always there to resolve them. Nothing was too much for Ian and he was always approachable , understanding and got things sorted quickly. We would not hesitate to recommend Ian and his team and our gratitude to them is immeasurable. Thank you Ian.

Recently I sold that home then purchased my forever home. Ian went above and beyond ensuring the paperwork was completed, following up with required documents and phone calls, ensuring the process was smooth, stress free and timely. Would highly recommend.
Ian was absolutely amazing. I had a very messy probate to get through to purchase my late mother’s home and Ian was wonderful. I can not express how thankful I am. He did everything for me and made me feel so at ease - nothing was too much trouble for him. Can not recommend him enough!!
