Dwane has been the best help I have had through my journey with our mortgage journey. Dropping in and talking with him was the best thing I did. Me and my partner was looking to buy a house in 2020 and we went and seen Dwane to look into home loan. He gave us all the tools and all the knowledge needed for us to proceed forward and secure the best home loan for us. He offered the best he could but we found a better rate outside. He was happy for us and helped with the correct knowledge for us to secure that loan at the best rate possible. I was pretty impressed with his efforts he went through helping me. Five years later in 2025 I again decided that I’d talk to Dwane to maybe look for a home loan at a cheaper rate than what I was currently paying. Again he was more than helpful with giving me the tools and the knowledge to again go back to my current bank to talk about my interest rates and see if I could get a better deal then what I’m paying. In turn I secured my current home loan at a cheaper rate without having a change bank saving so much in fees, time and effort. Highly recommend.
