I wish I could give Jason and his Mortgage Choice team 6 stars because 5 stars simply do not feel enough for the outstanding services they have provided to us over the years. Anyone, who has gone through a home loan process while having their offer accepted, knows how stressful and emotional it can be, especially while waiting for approval. During those nervous moments, Jason remained calm, supportive and reassuring. One thing I will never forget is receiving a text message from him at 6pm on a Friday evening, outside business hours, simply to update us on the progress from the lender (that the lender expected to give us a result on the next Tuesday). Jason reassured us to relax and enjoy the weekend while waiting for the outcome. That level of care meant so much to us because he took the time to support us personally when he could have been spending that time with his family. Honestly, I do not think I could have enjoyed my weekend without that message because there were so many questions running through my mind. Then, the following Monday, we received our unconditional approvals - one day earlier than expected. Yahoo! We truly appreciate everything Jason and the Mortgage Choice team have done for us. Their professionalism, expertise, transparency, communication and genuine care made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable and supported from start to finish.
