Graham has assisted me with finance previously, and so I had no hesitation in seeking his assistance again. Graham gave me confidence from the start regarding securing a mortgage. I had the required documents ready and met with Graham before searching for a property. He reassured me that even with my particular circumstances, he was confident I could secure a loan with certain lenders (one of the Big Four). There was a slight hiccup with the Bank's processes, which Graham sorted out, enabling me to meet the finance clause deadline for my contract. Thanks Graham.

Graham was great to deal with. All the steps went smoothly and his team contacted me every step of the way. Stayed back in the office so I could get there after work to sign documents. Definitely will go back when needed
