Paleso Finance Group is a Queensland-owned mortgage brokerage based in Rockhampton, operating since 2001. It has access to over 40 licensed lenders. Paleso Finance Group provides one consultant from start to finish. It offers no-obligation quotes with no impact on credit score.

Most approvals are finalised within 48 hours, sometimes the same day. The brokerage arranges car loans, motorbike loans, boat and jetski loans, caravan and camper loans, truck and trailer loans, commercial equipment loans, and personal loans for purposes including home renovation, holidays, weddings, medical bills, and debt consolidation.

Rockhampton borrowers describe a finance brokerage where communication and guidance stand out across a range of loans. Several customers highlight Vikki, who is repeatedly named for making car finance and home lending straightforward, responding quickly to questions and steering applications through to approval. Paul, Suzie, Eden and Kerrod also draw praise, with clients noting their patience, knowledge and willingness to explain each step, particularly for first-time borrowers.

Reviews time and again mention the speed of the process and the transparency maintained from the initial enquiry to settlement, with one describing the experience as seamless from start to finish. Customers value being presented with multiple finance options and having the legwork handled on their behalf, which takes the stress out of comparing loans. The team's professionalism and efficiency come up often, alongside their availability to answer questions as circumstances change.

Working with the same staff across multiple loans is cited as a sign of trust, with clients returning for car finance and further lending needs. Attention to individual situations, whether a first loan or a refinance, is a point that comes up often, and the outcome is consistently described as what was needed. Many note they would use the service again and pass the details on to others.
