Could not be more helpful, knowledgeable, down to earth and patient.. I had lots of questions and he always made time to talk us through every aspect. Definitely cannot speak highly enough of him. . Grant was absolutely incredible in helping us purchase our first home. As first-home buyers we were completely out of our depth and he guided us through every step with so much patience, clarity and reassurance. Nothing ever felt rushed or transactional — he genuinely had our best interests at heart and always took the time to explain things in a way we could actually understand. We honestly would not have been able to do this without him and are so grateful to have had him in our corner. Could not recommend Grant highly enough to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, supportive and genuinely great broker!
