Highly recommend! Jim was responsive, easy to deal with, and explained all my lending options clearly, including the different interest rates and the pros and cons of each. I never felt pressured and always knew where things stood. He was also proactive in negotiating a better rate with the bank, following up on my application, and making sure everything was ready for settlement. His communication throughout the process was excellent, and he made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. Thanks again, Jim!
We went with Three Capes Finance after reading some reviews on Reddit and I'm glad we did. Jim is a great bloke who was there to answer all of our questions and hand hold us through the purchase of our first home. Jim is incredible. He worked with us to obtain finance for the purchase of a property in Australia as overseas buyers. Not only did he support us through the journey of the purchase of our first home, he also helped us navigate the complex nature of purchasing and obtaining finance from overseas. However, with Jim's expertise and guidance, the complex became simple. He went above and beyond multiple times to support us throughout this process, answer all of our questions and ensure the process went as smoothly as possible for us. It is evident Jim cares about his clients and he understands that for each buyer, this is not just another transaction but one of the most important decisions they will make it.
