Doesn’t even have the decency to respond. To be honest if he had just said he couldn’t help that would be fine but he was constantly assuring he would get back to me and never did.

Communication was consistently poor — slow replies (when they happened at all), no proactive updates, and a general sense that my deal was running on vibes rather than a process. After repeatedly chasing basic info and deadlines creeping closer, I had to switch brokers mid-deal just to keep things moving. We (both myself and my family) had used Time Home Loans prior to its sale, and found the process amazing; but wow what a turn around. Home loans are stressful enough without playing “Where’s Wally?” with your broker. Would not recommend - unless you like being ghosted.
I initially met Johnathon over 5 years ago and, having worked as a real estate agent and met plenty of brokers, he continued to stand out as the guy I'd go to if I ever needed a loan.
