It was a disappointing experience. During the first appointment, we shared all the necessary information, but we never heard back afterwards. We have tried contacting her multiple times, however there has been no response or callback. I approached them with great hope, but unfortunately I am left feeling disappointed.

I have been dealing with Aussie Wollongong for a couple of years, and each time I feel more confident working with Emma. I have very basic knowledge of the process, and Emma was always patient and supportive. She helped me achieve my goals and answered all my questions, even the simple ones. Her positive, can-do attitude makes everything easier. She is professional, friendly, and provides excellent service no matter your background.

The worse branch to go to for Home loan. Theyre in competent. Unprofessional and don't care about clients, but their commission. I'll never let another one I know, friends family members to have anything to do with such incompetent. They made us loose almost $15,000.00 when promised that there's nothing they can't do. Everything will be fine and than couldn't fulfil their promised to us that cost us almost 15,000.00 dollars. You'll be hearing from my Solicitor very soon Emma
