Awful app that creates a painful user experience. Out of date policies. If they didn't have such a low intereset rate I would be moving as fast as possible. Edit: It's great you can be so proactive on PR to respond to a review on a Saturday, yet I am unable to reset my password over the weekend as I need to call you help desk who only answer weekdays durring business hours. I have passed on feedback to your staff in person before. They were about as interested in my feedback as your business is interesting. So here are a few tips: - Make OSKO payment the default. Why do I have to manually select it everytime? No one ever wants their money to sit in limbo for a few days. - Why is your password reset system unavailable outside business hours? You only allow 3 attempts, then you're locked out and need a help desk. All I was trying to do was add your app to a new phone. Now my account is locked until Monday. This isn't the first time I have had issues with your institution and passwords. Everytime I, or my partner, try to use a new app or device we have issues that can not be resolved without a phone call. - Your banking system enables financial abuse. One of myself or my partner 'must' be the primary account hold for our home loan. The primary account holder has access to all accounts, the secondary account hold can't even see all accounts, so is made vulnerable. This should not be acceptable. - Travelling overseas is a nightmare with you. We went in to your Lavington branch before travelling for a month earlier in the year. We followed all instructions and were promised we would be able to access banking overseas as long as we turned off OSKO payments, which we did. Yet when we were outside the country we were still asked for SMS codes to move money. Be better.
