We can’t thank Eileen enough for everything she did for us during the sale of our property and purchase of our new home. She was incredibly thorough and professional, always taking the time to explain every detail so we understood exactly what was occurring. Do not recommend use of this broker for complex or self-employed applications. Does not understand how to present company financials to banks. Almost ruined my otherwise spotless credit record. I was referred to a much better broker who was able to present the financial detail properly and obtain finance with a tier 1 lender.
