We found Sean’s details on the internet after we had made a snap decision to put an offer on a house. He was able to advise at that time after preliminary work that we were in a position to afford the property. Sadly, all his work was in vain as we did not manage to purchase this particular house. A year or so later we saw another house we were interested in which was for sale through auction and so we again approached Sean for advice. In addition to providing us financial advise he also gave us a very a detailed property valuation before the auction, so we had comfort in knowing that we were not bidding above the expected price. We initially dealt with Sean by phone and email before meeting in person. Subsequently, Sean was happy to meet up with us in the evening after work. He spent considerable time explaining the loan structure he was considering, as well as providing a shortlist of banks. After securing the house at auction, Sean filled in a multitude of forms for the bank application process. He met with us again before the loan submission to go through the documents and to clarify any points of uncertainly. He kept us and the settlement agent up to date with the loan application process and successfully obtained a competitive loan for us. We were very happy to have Sean in charge of this very stressful process and were impressed by his professionalism, his enthusiasm and work ethic. Would we use him again or recommend him to anyone else - absolutely.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Sean. He was very professional, he constantly kept us updated throughout the mortgage process. Sean was able to organise all the government grants and schemes and simplified that process for us. Despite all the RBA increases, Sean was still able to get us a great loan!
