Tarek and Rachel have been absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process, from the very beginning until the very end, looking after all the progress payments and liaising with the bank, so we haven’t had to worry about a thing! Getting a home loan from Home Sweet Loans was a breeze and they took all my fears and anxieties away, answered ALL my ongoing questions, emails, phone calls, etc with such kindness, professionalism and care. Tarek and the team are professional, clear in their advice and proactive in their role in buying/ arranging the mortgage and worked well with the others. They have continued to help us post settlement, truly delivering on the relationship mentality rather than contractual. Be hard to argue that anyone else cold have done better.
