We started our property journey several months ago, became pre-approved, which Mark made a seamless exercise and an extremely stress-free experience. Mark guided us through our options, and spoke about the differences with fixed and variable interest rate, and talked us through different products that we may consider. When we finally found our home, Mark was there to take our calls on a Saturday, and even ordered the valuation straight away. By Tuesday night, we were formally approved with loan documents in our inbox….pretty amazing all within 48 hours. After 4 weeks of waiting for our bank to assist us and not having any progress I contacted Mark for a quick chat. That afternoon he had emailed me our options to consider, the next business day we went back to him and within 24 hours our application was in and the next day we our approval!!
