My initial phone conversations with Scott were very helpful, he took in all the information about my financial position, including income, PPOR, investment properties etc. He then came up with some very attractive options to refinance our current loans to get better much better rates compared to what we were on previously. Scott and Jess kept us up to date throughout the entire process and were contactable even after hours.
