My experience buying my first home with Uploans could not have been better. Uploans was recommended to me by a family member and I now understand why. Carrie and the team could not have been more helpful if they tried. Everything was explained to me so well, and they just made everything so easy for me. They basically did it all and I just signed papers. The government was removing the first home buyers grant on the first of the new financial year. We only had just over two weeks to get everything done so that I didn’t have to pay stamp duty which was $13, 000. Carrie and her team did it. They pushed everything through from conveyancers to banks and kept on top of everything from word go. Settlement was reached in under 2 weeks. They saved me $13,000. I since found out that I now hold the record for Uploans’s fastest settlement time. Carrie works damn hard for her clients and it is so apparent from the first time that you meet her just how much she loves her job. No question was a stupid question and if it wasn’t for Uploans I would not have been able to buy my first home.
