It was an absolute pleasure working with Rick. As first home buyers, we had no idea what to expect, but he guided us through every step of the process and made everything feel straightforward. He was always prompt with updates, quick to answer our questions, and took the time to explain things in a way we could understand. From the moment we first interacted with Dimity, she was friendly, authentic and made us feel confident that we could become first time home owners, which is something that felt particularly ominous and overwhelming given the market conditions. Bridget and her team at Vision are hands down the best in the biz! I have been a customer of Bridget's for a number of years now for many potential and actual property purchases and I cannot recommend her and her team more highly. There is absolutely no way I would have been able to navigate the complexities of buying and selling, finance, bridging loans etc without her advice. I would have been completely lost without her. With Bridget I knew that she had everything covered on the finance front and that I could focus on the countless other elements of moving home. If I was ever worried about anything a simple quick phone call with Bridget would put my mind at ease instantly. Rick and his team were exceptional across the board. Clear, kind, warm and professional, Rick especially was so patient with us - particularly when I was struggling to not get emotionally invested in the offer process! There were no stupid questions, and he was supportive and responsive. If it wasn't for Rick, we wouldn't have had the confidence and insight to buy our first home!
