I cannot recommend Jacob enough, Jacob supported me to refinance my mortgage recently, and helped me obtain a fixed rate in a tight timeframe, to prevent another interest hike. Throughout the process Jake ensured the bank upheld their advertised interest rate, he communicated frequently and explained the process of moving from variable to a primarily fixed rate taking the time so ensure I fully understood the difference. I look forward to working with Jacob again.
