First-home buyers and repeat purchasers form the bulk of the feedback for this Rockhampton finance brokerage, and their accounts centre on how smoothly the loan process was handled. Several buyers describe David Perna as patient and thorough, stepping them through each stage and explaining mortgage details in plain language, with one noting he laid out the available choices so a decision could be made for their own circumstances. Sara attracts similar praise, with reviewers repeatedly mentioning her willingness to go beyond expectations in sourcing suitable options and staying in contact throughout.

Alan Wust and Rod Bedward also receive credit for knowledgeable, reliable service, the latter valued for the loan scenarios shared with a professional client over several years. Clear communication emerges as a point that comes up often, particularly the readiness to answer questions before and after settlement, which customers link to reduced stress and quick progress. The brokerage arranges home loans alongside car finance, and the recurring theme is tailored advice that matches individual borrowing needs, delivered by a team that makes the paperwork feel manageable for people new to property.
