When we came to John and his extremely helpful team about what we wanted to do and how we wanted to go about it, John pretty much said ‘say less’. When we were faced with any piece of documentation or any process that we were unsure of or had no clue about (There were many) John and his team were there, treating us with patience and understanding every step of the way, whilst always keeping us in the loop of what their role was and what they were doing behind the scenes to keep the ball rolling. Honestly i can say that, i could not be more appreciative of all their help and all they have done for us.
