I've been with Mortgage Ezy for the past two years, and my experience has been excellent. Their interest rates are competitive, but what really sets them apart is their outstanding customer service. Whenever I've had a question or needed assistance, the staff have always been helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to reach without long wait times. Recently, I urgently needed copies of my signed loan documents after I had misplaced them. I contacted customer service, and Linsey Chesoli immediately understood the urgency of my request. She was professional, efficient, and emailed the documents to me within five minutes. Her prompt assistance made the whole process stress-free. It's rare to find a company that consistently provides both great rates and exceptional customer support. I gave 3 stars basically because of their client care team are always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions. But the lender systems this outdated, inflexible and very strict with all the procedures. I have to go through so many documents and verifications from each stage just to prove who I was. It should be mortgage Hard rather than Ezy.

MEZY has been our SMSF lender for years. Very happy with the service which due to the legalities has a few constraints which they've worked around very well to make transactions simple. Rates are competitive and the service team is always friendly, responsive and efficient. Happy days! :)
