I’m a 22 year old first home buyer. I honestly forgot where I heard about Phil from but I’m glad I did. Started talking to him over a year before I purchased and he was helpful from the get go. Didn’t matter how long I went not replying to his emails he always replied fast and helped. The whole team was wonderful, didn’t matter when I called they knew me and my situation.
