As a first home buyer with settlement now complete (entire process completed in < 3 months), I wanted to thank Unconditional Finance for their assistance in helping make this process possible. I was referred to them by a friend and, being new to this whole world, they helped answer all my random questions, really worked quickly with a short turnaround timeframe and quelled my fears about not having my finances in enough 'order' to get this purchase across the line.
