Paul and Tracey at Yellow Brick Road in Ballarat have recently assisted me in obtaining finance for both a Refinance and Property Purchase. They have been very responsive, prompt, helpful, friendly and professional in all of their dealings. Overall, their commitment to customer service has made this a much easier and comfortable process than I first imagined (having never used a Broker previously).
