Deon and Rosemary went above and beyond to secure home loans on two occasions. The first one, my bank promised one thing and didn't deliver, so Coffee Lending was able to work quickly and efficiently, so I didn't miss out on purchasing my first home. My second experience was equally as positive. They take the time to listen to your preferences and needs with a thorough survey to find the loan type perfect for individual needs. Communication and professionalism was of a high standard. I have recommended their services to several friends and family since and will continue to do so.
