We had engaged Helen before relocating to Tasmania, and when it came time to purchase our first home here, we already knew exactly who we wanted to work with. Helen was fantastic from start to finish. We gave her a tight finance deadline, a rural property purchase, and a few moving parts to work through, and she was always calm, responsive and willing to help. She took the time to explain our options clearly, including different funding scenarios around the first home buyer stamp duty deadline, so we could make decisions with confidence rather than guesswork. What we appreciated most was that Helen genuinely stayed across the details. She kept us updated as documents were received, followed up with the bank, and made sure our loan documents were prioritised due to the settlement deadline. When we were feeling stressed or uncertain, she was reassuring without overpromising, and she helped us understand what was happening at each stage. Buying a property can be overwhelming, especially with a tight timeline, but Helen made the finance side feel much more manageable. She was professional, knowledgeable and supportive, and we’re very grateful for the role she played in helping us get to settlement. Goes Above and Beyond! Helen was fantastic! In what was a tricky situation all the way round, she managed to help us jump through all the hoops whilst remaining cool, calm and collected. Caring professional help . I can’t thank Helen Gray enough for all her help in securing my home loan, to buy out my ex partner. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely caring and patient, through an emotional time for me. My journey to being financially ready was a long one, but I knew she was the one for me when she told me she was ‘up for a challenge’. She helped me by explaining every detail in plain language and making sure I understood all the bank jargon that would have gone over my head. She took the time to find the right loan for me, and always kept my best interests at heart. I felt confident from start to finish, as she was confident, and now I get my grandchildren moving into the house when my ex moves out, win win!
