I honestly cannot recommend Rod enough! He went out of his way to make sure my finance came through quickly. I found out I got the property on Sunday night and messaged him not expecting a reply but he got back to me immediately and on a Sunday night! That level of service and care is something you just do not find anywhere else. As a first home buyer the whole process could have been really stressful but Rod worked tirelessly to get my approval through quickly so I could secure the property. On Monday night at 8pm he was still working on my loan application calling and messaging me for any details he needed. He could have easily stopped working after normal business hours but he didn’t. He kept me updated every step of the way and communicated everything so clearly throughout the entire process. I am honestly so so grateful to Rod. I would never use another broker. The level of care and dedication he showed to make sure everything worked out for me was above and beyond anything I could have expected. Gavin is approachable, answers questions quickly (both phone calls and emails) and did a fabulous job of finding the right loan and getting all information for that loan to be approved.
