She was very approachable, and would answer our questions or resolve confusion in a clear and comprehensive manner. She even would message us after-hours! This was truly above and beyond what the average person would do. Much much appreciated. She tried her best to get us the best deal/lender with best interest rates. She made the process much much easier than if we were to do it ourselves! We couldn't have done it without her! The lovely hamper was a nice touch on settlement day :) Thanks Treena!

I cant speak highly enough of her customer service and personable approach which no other agent has had in my experience. Would 100% recomend Treena to all who are buying. Best Mortgage Broker in Mackay. Gail is amazing and I would recommend her to everyone. She has excellent time management skills and never missed a beat. She went over and beyond for my partner and I, explaining everything in great detail and guiding us through each step of the way. Gail is a very genuine person who is diligent and thorough with her work. We consistently felt supported through this process with consistent communication and her friendly smile. She was always available for us to ask questions which was extremely helpful.

Great Experience! Gail was wonderful! She was organised, efficient, knowledgeable and a great communicator. From the first conversation we had, we knew we could trust Gail to help us out with our new property purchase. Excellent broker, highly recommend . Gail was amazing in all aspects of our journey to buying our first home.
