They engaged other members of the team to ensure the processes were finalized in time for completion. I had clearer communication about the final aspects of completion from Ben and Samuel than I did from my conveyancers, which reassured and eased the process. They were prompt, efficient and always contacted me when they said they would. Ultimately, they were able to find an optimal solution, with better rates than anticipated, in a time of uncertain financial climate.
