We were referred to Ashley by family, and after my partner financed his car through him last September, we went back to Ashley when I was ready to buy a new car. He was incredibly quick, responsive, and easy to deal with throughout the entire process. He made everything stress-free and kept us updated every step of the way. They will make up excuses on why they can't lend, they only lend to people who are truly financially screwed if you have your money together in any way or plan to use the loan to consolidate they won't accept it because they know you can pay it back. This company takes advantage of those who can't afford loans. If you worse off they won't ask for details like rental ledgers, I know someone who got a personal loan through these guys with Sam. She was never asked for a rental ledger and was approved without issue. Meanwhile I have to supply form after form and I know it's because of my lack of debt. Trying to find every possible reason to screw me over. Not only that but they work with scam operating pyramid scheme companies that offload drop shipped products to people in exchange for them pulling out a loan through lendalink and sending them the money. Because I wasn't one of these pyramid scheme members I was asked for 5x more information and denied. This company needs to be investigated as I'm to honestly believe it's some money laundering scheme to move money between companies as "loans".

While I didn’t commit to a loan to buy a car, I did have a positive experience with lendalink. I was trying to decide on either a car loan or using my own finances. The first person who called me back after my online enquiry was engaging and relatable. She was professional throughout the whole call while remaining personable. Michelle was the second person I spoke to. She informed me of the best prices with the best flexibility. She followed up to see what my thoughts were on proceeding with the application, to which we had decided to buy a car with our own money. She was nothing but happy for us and our decision. There was no ‘hard sell’ or push to create a client while still providing all the details I needed to make an informed decision. I would recommend these guys on the fact that they are just trying to do what’s best for you and your needs. I will be recommending lendalink to all I know if they are looking at finance in the future. Solid job guys.

I found Lenda Link from Facebook add and Sam called me right away and he was awesome to deal with as a broker! I have bad credit from past and he made sure I was able to get a loan a mine wasn’t easy and I’m sure I annoyed him calling few times and he was quick to answer the questions and the call dealer ship, I Highly recommend using SAM. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Bryan went above and beyond to assist me in getting a new car for work/personal use. The communication was spot on and I was never left wondering what was going on, or what needed to be done on my end. Would definitely recommend over other brokers!
