David is knowledgeable, very generous with his time and patient answering all of our many questions, will use easy language to make it easier for us to digest and understand our options. Not happy with this service. Found it easier to talk direct with bank. Saved time rather then the bank contact them, then wait for them to call me & back again. Not happy with service offered at all from this business. Not recommended, never again!
