Excellent service from Mat and his team, especially April. Buying an investment property over the holiday season was handled seamlessly and what could have been a stressful process felt smooth and well managed from start to finish. The loan approval process was efficient, communication was excellent and I always appreciated the prompt email updates along the way. A professional and responsive team who made the whole experience easy. Highly recommend.
Mat had a challenge with my wife and I being deemed to be self employed but he found us finance that suited our needs. As we hadn't accessed finance for 25 years, things have changed however the electronic methods worked. Lots of documentation but took the time to read it all and ask questions that Mat hd no trouble answering. Tristan kept us advised as every step in the process was finalised.
